Community Highlights: Meet Tiana Austin-Gardner of No Graze Off

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiana Austin-Gardner.  

Hi Tiana, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
When I became familiar with Charcuterie, I realized how hard it was finding Charcuterie options without pork. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands by creating my own grazing boards and platters. As I began to post my personal boards online to my social media accounts, my friends and followers began to ask me to create boxes and platters for them, and that’s how we’re here! I’ve labeled myself a a Charcuterie & Grazing Artist and Food Stylist!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Entrepreneurship is not a smooth road. I have and will continue to find challenges during this journey. Finding that balance between work and your social life is hard when you’re the boss. Another challenge I’ve faced is the increase in food prices, which gave me some trouble initially with pricing & making my prices affordable to my customers. I am looking forward to my company’s growth and future collaborations with other brands and local businesses!

We’ve been impressed with No Graze Off, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Finding a person or company in your niche and using their content, branding, and services as a guideline will set you up for greatness! Don’t change the formula, just add to it!
