Hi Milton , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
As a young athlete I grew a passion for the process of physically training the human body to maximize its performance. I started coaching athletes over 20 years ago in northern Michigan, and I got hired for job at a prestigious private social club I have been working in metro Detroit for the last 13 years.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing of value is easy, the biggest struggle in the realm of physical training is inconsistency. Inconsistent clients, I am very disciplined and structured and it’s an ongoing challenge to train people who don’t share the same drive about physical training, but it is a worthy endeavor to undertake, because the people who can cause frustration also are the reason I train.
