Krystal, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
In 2020, I officially launched Krystal Empowering Women, LLC, building on many years of experience in healthcare operations. As an operations leader, I developed and mentored numerous staff, gaining insight into their highs and lows, pain points, and challenges. I leveraged this deep understanding to create my business, continuing my passion for developing and supporting individuals in their personal & professional journeys.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but I remained consistent and pivoted to what worked. Operating within my passion helped me always remember my why: my family. This motivation kept me focused and resilient through the challenges.

I am an executive coach specializing in helping women leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-potential employees achieve their next level of success through strategic planning. My unique ability to connect with others and provide intentional, effective guidance sets me apart. I am dedicated to continuous learning and development to better serve my clients. My brand is centered on women empowerment, encouraging women to live life on their own terms. I offer 1:1 coaching, group coaching, public speaking, workshops, and digital products. My commitment is to deliver results, empowering women to lead and succeed.

Something surprising that most people might not know about me is that I once considered a career as a detective. This background has honed my skills in observation and problem-solving, which I now use to help clients uncover and address the challenges they face in their personal & professional lives.
