Hi Jessica , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey into the world of healing and pain relief began over 15 years ago when I became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). Early in my career, I noticed that while physical techniques could provide temporary relief, many clients struggled with chronic pain that seemed resistant to traditional methods. This curiosity led me to explore deeper connections between the mind and body, eventually becoming certified in Functional Neuromuscular Therapy (FNMT) and specializing as a Fasciologist and Pain Coach.
Through years of working with clients, I discovered that unresolved emotional trauma and subconscious patterns often play a significant role in chronic pain. This realization inspired me to integrate the Subconscious Imprinting Technique (SIT) into my practice, allowing me to address the root causes of pain rather than just the symptoms. Today, I guide clients through transformative journeys, helping them release stored trauma, reprogram limiting beliefs, and reclaim their lives free from pain.
What started as a passion for helping people feel better physically has evolved into a mission to empower individuals to heal from the inside out. Whether it’s through one-on-one sessions, group experiences, or my 12-week coaching program, my goal is to provide lasting relief and help clients unlock their full potential.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road to where I am today has been anything but smooth, but every challenge has shaped me into the practitioner I am now. Early in my career, I faced the frustration of seeing clients return with the same pain despite using every physical technique I knew. It was disheartening to realize that traditional methods alone weren’t enough to create lasting change.
One of the biggest struggles was running three busy offices where we focused on treating pain while trying to incorporate Subconscious Imprinting Technique (SIT) into the practice. Introducing a new, deeper approach to healing required educating clients and even my team about the connection between unresolved emotions and chronic pain. It wasn’t easy to shift perspectives or to get this side of the business up and running, but I knew it was essential to provide the kind of lasting relief that so many people were searching for.
Another challenge was balancing my professional growth with personal responsibilities. As a wife and mom of four, finding time to build my practice while being present for my family was a constant juggling act. But these experiences taught me resilience and the importance of prioritizing self-care, which I now emphasize with my clients.
Ultimately, the struggles have been my greatest teachers. They’ve given me the empathy and insight to connect with clients on a deeper level, especially those who feel stuck or hopeless in their own healing journeys. Every obstacle has reinforced my belief that true transformation happens when we address the root causes of pain—physically, emotionally, and subconsciously.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned along my journey is that true healing requires addressing the whole person – mind, body, and emotions. Pain is rarely just physical; it’s often a signal from the body that something deeper needs attention. This realization has completely transformed the way I approach my work and has shown me the power of looking beyond the surface to uncover the root causes of pain.
I’ve also learned the value of patience and persistence, both in my own journey and in guiding my clients. Healing isn’t linear, and it takes courage to face the emotional and subconscious patterns that keep us stuck. But I’ve seen time and again that when we commit to the process, the results are life-changing.
Finally, I’ve come to understand the importance of self-care and balance. As someone who juggles running a business, managing three offices, and being a wife and mom of four, I’ve had to learn how to prioritize my own well-being. This lesson has not only helped me personally but has also made me a better coach and practitioner. It’s a reminder that we can’t pour from an empty cup, and taking care of ourselves is essential to showing up fully for others.
