Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Warren.
Hi Ashley, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
Helping others has always been a passion. I started my entrepreneurship journey in 2014, giving back to the community that I grew up in with Blessing Bags and back-to-school giveaways through my non-profit Desire To Give. Desire To Give later grew into an organization that focused on giving back and spreading Autism Awareness. Throughout the years, I have started many companies based off of things that I enjoy: journaling, interior designing, and helping investors in Michigan find investment properties. I love watching home improvement shows, so being able to see homes from demo to being completely renovated sparked a new interest for me to get into Real Estate.
I’ve turned my Real Estate passion into a profitable business. Not only financially, but there have been many people who I have come in contact with that God has used me to pour into spiritually. It’s bigger than me. The relationships, the connections, mentors, etc., are all profitable. In Real Estate, I am able to give back to people who are coming up behind me by being accessible to them when they have questions or need encouragement to keep going when they face adversities. No two days in Real Estate are the same, but if you are consistent, you will see the fruits of your labor.
My core values as a realtor are: Consistency, Diligence, and Trust. My clients can trust that I will diligently and consistently work on their behalf to get them the best deal possible.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Anything that God promises you, the enemy will try to pluck up and plant doubt. Some obstacles that I’ve faced early on were the Real Estate exam. Every time I would take the exam, I would miss by 8 points; the next time was 6 points, and so forth. The numbers kept going down so I kept taking it until I passed the exam.
In August, I gave myself a deadline to either pass the test or find a job. I would feel so defeated, but I knew that I was purposed to be in Real Estate and that this was God stretching my faith. I took the exam twice per week for the entire month of August until I finally passed the exam on August 31, 2022. Best Day ever!
We’ve been impressed with Sold By Ashley, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
