Hi Vibhuti, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
Hi! My name’s Vibhuti, and I am the face of the Instagram page Urban Flutter. Back in 2019, I took a leap of faith and started Urban Flutter as my personal creative haven. It all started with a passion within me to curate captivating content about the things I loved most: fashion, travel, and food. Driven by this love for creating and capturing moments, I set out on a journey to share my unique perspective through insightful travel tips, lifestyle content, outfit inspirations and in the recent years, some personal stories and videos from my sister’s and my own wedding.
Though I have been actively sharing on my platform since 2020, towards the end of 2022 came an unforgettable moment that left me in awe – one of the surprise dance videos for my sister’s wedding became a massive hit, going viral and amassing an astonishing 5.9 million views. I never could have imagined such an overwhelming response to anything I created. The experience has been both thrilling and humbling, knowing that an idea I poured my heart into resonated with so many people.
Urban Flutter has become more than just a platform; it’s a reflection of my creative soul and a way to connect with a community that shares my passion. The joy of bringing smiles to faces and inspiring others through my videos makes me super happy. As I continue to grow and share my journey with the world, I’m incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement I receive every step of the way. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see where this personal and creative adventure leads me next.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
For me, content creation is more than just a hobby; it’s a passion that complements my full-time job… Amid my busy work schedule, I eagerly await the weekends when I can immerse myself in creating content for my page. Often, it means sacrificing social outings, but I do it gladly because for me this is a way to express myself and helps me think out of the box.
However, I won’t lie – it’s not always easy. Pouring hours into content creation and not receiving the expected engagement can be disheartening. There have been times when I questioned if it’s all worth it. But in those moments, I remind myself that consistency is the key. I believe in this principle, not just for my content but also in every aspect of my life, including fitness and my actual full-time job.
So, I stay resilient and keep pushing forward, trusting that my efforts will eventually show result. It’s a journey of believing in myself and my creativity and I know that one day when I look back, I’ll be proud that I never gave up on my passion, and the rewards will be worth every struggle along the way.

In my real life I am experienced supply chain professional with over 8 years of expertise in the field. My background, education, and life journey fill me with immense pride. Growing up, I had the privilege of calling both India and the Middle East home before finally settling in Chicago. Living in different countries influenced how I perceived life and made me a curious individual. This is why I am always ready to seek new adventures and try new experiences. Truly this zest for exploration is an integral part of my identity, setting me apart both personally and professionally. I wholeheartedly embrace novelty and continual growth, viewing each day as an opportunity for self-discovery and progress. This is the sole reason I started the page Urban Flutter, to be able to explore and share the creative and curious side of me.
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
Chicago is a beautiful city, and it truly has my heart. I love almost everything about it, except the harsh winters!!! The lakefront, riverwalk, the broadway shows, and amazing restaurants are just some of my favorite things. There’s always something to do and explore in this vibrant city! No matter where my future takes me Chicago will forever be my favorite city. This city gave me with everything I cherish today: a beautiful proposal, an intimate legal wedding, a loving husband, a Master’s Degree, my first job in the US, precious moments with my family, a fulfilling life, and the most amazing friends who have become my family.
