Check Out SylviaNicole Hubbert’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to SylviaNicole Hubbert.

Hi SylviaNicole , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Me becoming SylviaNicole was always apart of the plan I believe, I think it was more so about Gods timing than my timing.

It all started when I was turned 16, at that time once you became a certain age you started to get subscriptions to magazines and that’s how my journey began, from a single magazine subscription and this is why it’s important to not despise your own personal small beginning. One of my favorite magazines to look through was 17 magazine and Teen Vogue just admiring how things were put together, placement etc and before I knew it I wanted to be THAT person I just didn’t know that everything had a name at the time.
As time went on, a reality show with June Ambrose came on and it showed her life and her job that’s when things took a turn for me and that’s when I found out that what I wanted to do is become a WARDROBE STYLIST. I’ve always had a sense if style, but that’s when I started to have personal style and sort mimicking those I admired like Rihanna and June those were my IT girls. And to be honest, that’s really how my journey started and I’ve never looked back

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like anything with purpose, you have your doubts and you question if you have what it takes to even stay on the path to what you want to become. But those that I connected myself to and those that were connected to me spiritually always reminded me that I was supposed to be a stylist but at the time I just like playing dress up every day I liked being cute, but I always knew in the back of my mind that it was always bigger than me. I wanted to stop I wanted to quit, but I knew that starting another career was never in the cards for me. So I had no choice to stay on that path, just do it on Gods timing,

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a Wardrobe Stylist and Creative Director and most importantly and all around Visual Operations Manager.
But I’m known for being a Wardrobe Stylist and Creative Director. I’m mostly proud of myself for not giving up. The fashion industry is not easy and it’s not an easy industry to get into or stay in. But I’m grateful for making and creating my own path and honestly that’s what’s keeping me grounded because no one can’t take my path away from me.
I can’t really say what sets me apart from any stylist because any stylist that’s a REAL STYLIST is a listener and a Visual listener for their client first and foremost, and you have to pay attention to their journey because it’s not about you, it’s about you helping and being there for THEIR vision that they see for themselves and helping them realize that they’ve had the magic all along, the stylist is just there to visually help them see what we see and add a little bit more razzle to their dazzle.

What are your plans for the future?
Since moving to Milwaukee, my journey has been on a pause because I’m letting God guide me in all things. But that doesn’t mean I’m stopping I’m just positioning myself for what’s to come and I’m looking forward to making connections here as well as keeping up with my clientele in Michigan who will always be a priority for me. But I am looking forward to the year 2026.
