Hi Selena, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My business name Tone’s Ties was established in 2018 and was my way of honoring my father who passed away. I believe my story Tone’s Ties by Selena is so much more than bow ties and other men accessories, it’s about finding purpose in the pain. PERSEVERANCE is my story. I believe God blessed me with my thriving business because I never gave up! Not when others questioned my dream, not when I was being tested, and not even when I was tired! My business is my passion, I am so blessed to have clients that trust me with their visions.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’d say it’s been a road of patience for sure! There has been highs and lows but honestly I’ve always felt a burning passion for what I do, I love to create.

What sets my business apart is my passion that shows in each tie I create as well as my grandma she is my behind the scenes business partner, from early mornings to late nights she has really pushed me to be consistent.
