Check Out Sam Bazzy’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sam Bazzy.  

Hi Sam, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I remember the struggles! Life was hard and it still is.

Nothing comes easy and you have to do the work.

Even with a master’s degree teaching in Dearborn public schools, it wasn’t enough.

The pay was horrible and living paycheck to paycheck sucked. I had to make a change.

I couldn’t continue to depend on a system where society convinces you that education is the only way out.

Education is critical but some people don’t want to be told what to do and don’t want to depend on a boss to pay them especially when you stand out, outperform and your pay is capped.

I learned we are all replaceable in the workforce and even if you work hard, you are nothing but an employee.

So, I did some soul searching and decided to proceed with another passion of mine which was real estate. I worked real hard researching ways to stand out in real estate and started networking and building my brand. Bazzy Sells!

I believe deeply in science.

What you think, you create. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you become.

When you’re truly clear about what you want, the whole universe stands waiting to assist you in miraculous and amazing ways to manifest your dreams.

You just need to read, soul search, be calm, stay patient, think positive, love and help others, surround yourself with like-minded people, and eventually, the universe will open its doors for you.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Growing up was not easy, coming from a family of immigrants my father Hajj Ali Bazzy saw the potential in this city and worked hard as a tailor. Both of my parents struggled and raised 4 successful children. My father with many obstacles became the top Tailor Salesman in the company. He opened our little 3-bed Detroit home to many relatives coming from other countries in order for them to start establishing themselves to pursue the American Dream.

I’ve learned a lot from my father, no one is perfect and I’ve made many mistakes in my life which I’m happy for because without mistakes you cannot LEARN!

He had Driven, Patience, Great Personal Skills, Was Approachable, Caring, and most importantly, he was TRUSTWORTHY. Those qualities along with my love and passion in Real Estate are what helped me become the successful man I am today.

The road to my success was hard and there were many obstacles in the way. Becoming a successful realtor takes time, money, and persistence. There are people that put you down in the community and tell you it’s not possible. I had to surround myself with like-minded people OQP Only Quality People. I had friends that discouraged me and made fun of my social media platform. Including prank calls and death threats to my family and I until this day but I kept going and now I dominate the social media platform on Instagram and Facebook with well over 15K organic followers not fake. I built my brand and continue to be creative as a local community supporter utilizing my experiences in teaching and social media to benefit local businesses. This is why my phone number starts with the area code of 313.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
With an Educational background teaching elementary education for over 11 years and a master’s in Administration, I continue to work Real Estate Full Time. I specialize in helping friends and clients with all of their real estate needs from commercial to residential. I also have a portfolio of properties I manage for clients out of state and out of the country. In addition, I flip homes and have rentals for myself. Furthermore, I specialize in Marketing and technology creating content on social media which in itself is a full-time job. I am known for being involved in the community helping local businesses and building my brand BAZZY SELLS which is a brand of positivity, living your life to the fullest, influencing followers in the community, and helping people Buy and Sell homes. I’m proud of building a positive brand for our youth and becoming a successful community Realtor. If you follow my Instagram and Facebook account it speaks for itself. I am a different breed when it comes to Real Estate. There is no local agent out there that can promote their brand better than me.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
No luck, just hard work. I believe in positive energy and giving back to the community. When you give, you receive tenfold.
