Today we’d like to introduce you to Run Silent.
Hello Run Silent, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Run Silent is a hard rock act formed in 2018. Taking influences from old-school punk, classic rock, and heavy metal, Run Silent has created a unique sound. In November of 2022, Run Silent released their debut album, Run Deep. Run Silent has been active in the community, having organized benefits to raise money to help in addiction counseling and Ukrainian refugees.

Aaron Harraman-Bass/backing vocals
Tim Holtz-Guitar/backing vocals
Charlie Schneider-Drums/backing vocals
Tony Burnett-Guitar
To date, one of the biggest accomplishments was charting on Banks Radio Australia at number 3 and 6. Other support has come in the form of internet radio play rotation on Global Indies with Marky.
Currently, Run Silent is working on their second album.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been easy. It never is. In the beginning, support was very hard to come by. Inconsistent performances and personal demons did not help and held back Run Silent. However, after several lineup changes and new high-energy shows, Run Silent has started to see increased popularity and has been able to move out of West Michigan into other parts of the state.
Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Run Silent is a rock band that produces a brand of infectious rock that is fun, relevant (in topic), and has an old-school sound. The chemistry shared by the members is apparent and drives the live performances.
Run Silent is most proud of their charity work with Ukrainian refugees.
