Today we’d like to introduce you to Jerreece Noel.
Hi Jerreece, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m a self-taught photographer that purchased my first camera at the pawnshop. I began learning about photography and practicing on family and friends.
I later opened my company in 2016 and named it Higher Purpose Photography. I never limited myself to one category of photography. Instead, I learned and made myself available for all niches to see what I liked the most and what I was good at.
What I found out is that I opened myself up to be more creative and comfortable in any environment!
I have done weddings (courthouse and church weddings), family portraits, events (small and large), BTS for cinema productions, BTS for a celebrity at the Little Caesars Area, aerial photography and videography (I’m drone licensed), videography for a music video and even newborn photography.
Being a photographer has allowed me to meet people, do what I love, and make money. It gives me the freedom and flexibility to make my own schedule which is a huge help with being a single mother.
I created my logo from scratch, built my website, maintain it, photograph and edit the photos and videos I capture and keep in compliance with state and federal laws.
Higher Purpose Photography has officially been in business for over ten years and I plan to continue offering high quality content at prices that will fit any budget.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Being an entrepreneur has its ups and downs. For example, I mainly ran my company in the evenings and on the weekends while working another job in order to maintain a consistent cash flow.

I’m known for producing high quality photography and videos.
In addition to being a professional photographer and videographer, I also do photo restoration.
I’m entering the world of film production and hope to produce my own film soon.
