Today we’d like to introduce you to EarlRich Bailes.
Hi EarlRich, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I always been into fashion as a kid but in 1998 I decided to start a brand after I seen the success of the Maruice Malone designer from here in Detroit and seen how big Fubu had gotten… so I started Rich Rags line but it wasn’t moving along fast so I let it go which I believe if I would have kept going it would have been a huge success now because it wasn’t making their own lines like it is now… So, in 2016 I came up with EarlRich Signature Brand and it’s a brand that I do believe one day will be up there with the famous upscale fashion brands
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s a rollercoaster ride but it’s not nothing I can’t deal with because I’m a trooper and I have dedication patience and faith but, in the beginning, it was a challenge and somewhat still is far as the support cause the people who are close to you that you have been around for years that you have history with even family members don’t support most of my supporters are strangers the non-supporters are my strength and fuel to go harder and stronger so thank them.
The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
Stay healthy eat right watch what you put in your body and make sure I drink hot green tea all the time
