Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Gardner.

Hi Ashley, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My name is Ashley Gardner, and I’m the founder of The A3 Company. I started the business in 2018, but the journey really began with my own personal goal—I wanted to repair my credit so I could purchase a home. I dove deep into learning everything I could about credit, from laws to strategies, and applied it to my own situation. The results were incredible—my credit score went up by over 200 points.

That success lit a spark. I began helping family and friends with their credit challenges, and before I knew it, word spread that I was “the one who could fix any credit problem”—lots of laughter and good stories came out of those early days. The demand kept growing, and that’s when The A3 Company was officially born.

Today, we’ve grown into a thriving business that has helped over 5,000 people and counting to improve their credit, achieve their financial goals, and create a better future. It’s been an incredible journey, and it all started with one simple goal—to change my own life, and in the process, help change the lives of thousands of others.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been when a client gives up on the process. Credit repair can take time, and I understand how frustrating it can feel when progress isn’t instant. But I also know firsthand that the results are worth it. Part of my role has been encouraging clients to stay the course, reminding them that every step forward—no matter how small—is moving them closer to their goals.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a Board-Certified Credit Consultant, and I also hold several other professional certifications in the credit and financial space. My work focuses on helping people repair their credit profiles, which in turn increases their credit scores and opens doors to new opportunities. I’m known for getting results quickly while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

What I’m most proud of is the impact my work has on people’s lives—seeing a client go from feeling hopeless to buying a home or starting a business is incredibly rewarding. What truly sets me apart is that I personally do the work. I don’t rely on shortcuts or automated software. Every strategy, dispute, and plan is backed by my hands-on expertise and in-depth knowledge of consumer laws.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
One of the most important qualities behind my success is the extensive research I’ve invested in learning every detail about credit and consumer laws. I make it a priority to always be available to answer my clients’ questions and address their concerns, because I know how overwhelming the process can feel. Above all, I believe in being completely honest about their overall credit situation—no sugarcoating, just real solutions. That transparency builds trust, and trust is the foundation of every successful client relationship.
