Today we’d like to introduce you to Andres Lugo.

Hi Andres, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Started to by being just a dream of having my own restaurant. I got to where I’m at with Gods help and a lot of hard work. I started from nothing in the middle on the pandemic. It was hard but the community has been very supportive and I really like the community and small town feel reminds me of my small home town in Mexico.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Ups and downs with staffing.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’ve worked in Mexican restaurants since I was little from just rolling silverware to dishwasher, cook, waiter and manager. We are a concept like a chipotle/Qdoba with specialty burritos all homemade from scratch. Some of our top seller include a bacon wrapped burrito and a steak and caramelized onions burrito. We get set apart with because everything is homemade from scratch. From cutting all of our meats to cooking.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
We are about to open our 3rd location in Sandusky Michigan
