An Inspired Chat with Loui$ Automatic of Detroit

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Loui$ Automatic . Check out our conversation below.

Loui$, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
I recently had a proud moment when we wrapped up the production of my latest music video. It’s my most ambitious project yet. I rented out a movie studio to shoot our scenes as well as hired talent to act in some of the cinematic parts of the video. Ive come to understand the pressures of executive producing projects but this is the one that had the most moving parts. I had a lot on the line but I’m grateful I persevered.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Loui$ Automatic. I’m an artist who raps and acts but most importantly I am a producer. I put my money where my mouth is and I make things happen. My company is Paid-Da-Co$t ENT.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that sought external praise or validation. I understand now that my true validation comes from within and being a master of one self. Once I get the energy within myself right, the external world will reciprocate that energy.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
That I’ll never know what I’m truly made of until I face adversity. I think back to a time in my life before my adversities and I really thought I knew it all. I had no idea what the world had in store for me.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
That the negativity in the content doesn’t have a trickle down effect. The message on the music is very powerful.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
Second guessing myself. I know my true desires and goals. I would stop all procrastination. Fear would no longer be an option to choose.
