We’re so inspired by the hard work and creativity of the small businesses that serve as the engines of our communities. Thank you so much for taking the risk and doing what you do. Before we go any further we’d love for you to tell our readers a bit about KAFTV Models Talk.
KAFTV Models Talk was developed during COVID-19 in 2020 and managed to pursue and obtain interviews with some of today’s top designers, models, actors, and musicians. Developed out of the necessity to keep lines, brands, and talent linked to their fans and buyers. We have since teamed up with those same designers that we interviewed, as well as major magazines and film producers. Models Talk became Unique as we chose to focus on aiding in the progression of the talent as a team or partnership. Currently partnering with designers looking for talent to be the face of their new line. Magazines that trust the looks and likeness of the models we send, knowing they have the etiquette of the greatest models. So, in essence we are growing into more than just a Platform for interviews, we are branching out into a Place and name that helps grow talent with placement.

What is your favorite product offering and why?
My favorite product that we offer is our ” Models Talk Etiquette 101″. This is the time that we have with students via Zoom and in person. In these sessions, we teach lessons on how to show up for a go-see. That is one of my favorites to teach because many are new to understanding that they must show up as a semi-blank canvas. Meaning the designer wants you to come with your hair pulled back off your face. Very little to no make-up; what if the call was for a new robe or bath towel brand? How would they see that you really are fit for their brand with a “Just showered look,” when instead you arrive like you’re ready for the club! Some models understand this, and they will always show up with a clean face, ready to show the designer that they can be what the designer is looking for. Let’s not forget your (black) leggings or shorts and heels. However, our girls show up like they are celebrities from Instacart/Instagram. It’s so much more that I can say, like what about your backpack? What’s in it? How about your attitude? Are you ready to walk in and be what Designers, Versace, Gucci, Valentino or Adrian Alicea want to hire. Or do you feel like a person that has already arrived, and you can teach them something? Model etiquette is so important, and you see the difference when one has that chance to develop. That is why teaching Etiquette in this field is important to me. It leads your life beyond the runway
