What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?

There is no one path – to success or even to New York (or Kansas). Similarly, what matters to others can vary widely – so we tried to tighten up that question to focus on three key traits to see what most folks in our community valued most – intelligence, energy, or integrity?

Personally, I think INTEGRITY is the most important of the three. Do what you say and always follow through on your commitments. Your reputation is everything. You could be very intelligent, but without integrity, you could use your intelligence to scam, exploit, and manipulate people to your will. For me, it’s energy. I see energy kind of like your aura — it’s the vibe you put out before you even say a word. It’s what people feel when they’re in the same room with you, sometimes even before they really know you. That energy matters because it shapes how people connect with you on a deeper level.
