We’re thrilled to have the chance to ask you some fun questions today, but before we get started, can you introduce Paige Suzanne Styling to our readers.
I own an on-site hair and makeup business! I am a licensed cosmetologists and everyone on my team is as well. We travel to our clients’ event destinations to perform hair and makeup services. I mainly do bridal work but we do service all types of events! I believe what makes my business special is my deep passion for what I do as well as my deep passion for working with people! My clients very regularly tell me how calm, confident, professional, and friendly that I am, which is definitely crucial for any big event. I also work tirelessly to continue learning new skills, building existing skills, evaluate myself as an artist as well as my business, and create meaningful work for all of my clients!

What is the most important lesson you’ve learned building your business that you can share with those just starting out in their entrepreneurial journey?
I would say one of the most important lessons that I’ve learned building my business is that it truly takes TIME. That may seem obvious, and you probably hear it a lot, but I don’t think that most of us truly understand how long it takes to build something successful and sustainable. So many times I have felt that I was failing my business in some way because things weren’t happening on the timeline that I had hoped and planned for. Or maybe other people see success in certain areas quicker than you do. Regardless, once I stopped attaching my definition of success to a specific timeline, my business began to flow and grow much more effortlessly.
