Meet Alejandra Walters of Premier One Commercial Capital

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alejandra Walters. 

Hi Alejandra, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I have always loved Real Estate and have always been passionate about investing in Real Estate. I know that same as me, many friends, colleagues, and people that I have met throughout my lifetime, have had a similar passion, so I explored different ways to do this. Being an entrepreneur at heart, I decided to start a financial company that could help other entrepreneurs to achieve their dreams of real estate investing. The programs we offer are the best available because we want others to grow as well. I was raised by small business owners so I’m aware of the many challenges so we decided to support small business owners with SBA loans and another type of financing to grow their businesses too. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
No, it has not been easy but it has been very rewarding, especially when we see that many of our clients can finally achieve their dreams of business ownership and real estate investing. One of the biggest struggles was to identify financial partners that could have similar goals to us so we could continue offering the most affordable rates and lowest fees in our field.

Premier One Commercial Capital was founded for the purpose of helping entrepreneurs achieve their dream of business ownership. Because having your own company and continue growing is possible and it can be achieved. We specialize in investment properties, multifamily, and vacation rentals. We also offer SBA loans. Our programs and rates are very friendly and we waive the typical fees that all other larger companies don’t. And that’s what differentiates us from the rest and what we are most proud of, that we really want to help our clients so they can succeed because their success is our success as well. 

To share one of our most recent experiences, one of my realtor friends called me because her client had applied for a conventional loan in a condo in Florida that wanted to use as Airbnb, but the loan was denied. Her client was about to lose this contract and his dreams of a vacation rental. Being a real estate agent myself, I was able to understand and assess the situation, contact the listing agent, and explained that I was going to help this person to get his financing approved and I was going to do it fast. He was hesitant but he trusted me and a few weeks later we closed on the deal. My friend and her client were the happiest and very grateful for our help, and that is what really makes me love my job the most, seeing the average Joe start their dream of financial freedom. 

Something I would like to tell people who are looking to invest in real estate is that it’s not as hard as they imagine and that today is the best time to start their dream. They don’t need to have tons of money to start their path to ownership, and they can start with a small unit with potential rental income, they only need 20% for the down payment and 6 months of reserves, and as long as they have credit over 670, they can be pre-approved for their loan, with one of the lowest interest rates in the market. They don’t need to own any other assets or any properties or have thousands in the bank, they don’t even need to have tax returns to get approved. And as long as they continue showing the qualifications above, they can buy one, two, or as many properties as they wish, there is no limit. What are your plans for the future?
Plans for the future? We service most of the US with a few exceptions like California, but we are working towards getting certified there. We are also looking into some programs that would allow foreign nationals to be approved for investing in the US as well as in other countries.
