Today we’d like to introduce you to Tangela Dortch

Hi Tangela, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My story is like no other I have had my ups and downs like every one else. I came to be a makeup artist but it was something I love to do on myself and it made me feel good when doing it so I wanted to give others that same feel. As I got older I went from doing my face to doing others. I was sensitive about my work and didn’t want to post or promote much but I knew I had to in order to get where I wanted to be in my business. I have to trust the process and believe in myself. Even if things didn’t look like they were coming together. But in the end they truly were.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No this has not been a smooth road. I have my days where I want to give up or I have my days where I feel I want people I know to support me. I’ve had days where I questioned my work and question if I was going to get any better. But you have to remember it’s not an overnight thing is definitely a process and having faith and trusting in God anything is possible.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a makeup artist that specializes in makeup and lashes and cosmetics. I also do a little hair from time to time.
I am known for being a make up artist and doing lashes as in lash clusters I love being a makeup artist. I am most proud of how strong my faith is and how consistent I am with my business when it comes to restocking products and getting flyers posted for clients. I can go on and on about a lot of things that I’m proud of when it comes to Arts Of She Studio but the consistency is the main one. What set me apart from others is that I’m genuine. I want of a kind. I’m rare. I come with no hidden agendas. You get what you see..

What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future is to become a celebrity MUA seeing my business flourish and expand, creating multiple businesses and having all different sources of income coming in. I want to be able to have my son set for life create generational wealth.
