Inspiring Conversations with Tiffanee Brinkman of Premier Notary And Inspection Services

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffanee Brinkman.

Hi Tiffanee, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started this journey ironically when I was diagnosed with covid; I was sick for almost 3 months. I was failing rather quickly. Bills were due, but I had no money to pay because I was unable to work. I could barely speak without coughing until my lungs hurt. It was a rough time, but through my downtime, I did research on becoming a Notary, I maxed out my credit cards to pay for everything I needed for the next stage in my career, and after that, another door started to open. I became a field inspector and loan signing agent. Further down the line, I saw that there was a need for field inspectors in Michigan and began a coaching business. I’ve helped almost 200 start new businesses nationwide. This business is nationwide and statewide. I work with mortgage, loan, and insurance companies. 

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road; this business is tough to get into. It’s almost like a secret society. It’s hard to find companies looking for inspectors. Another issue is companies that don’t pay. They will have you work but won’t pay you. I’ve spent hours, days, weeks, and months researching and figuring out a way to make this journey easier for others. 

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am a notary, loan signing agent, wedding officiant, and relationship coach field inspections coach. Although I wear many hats, my main focus in the field inspections business. I am helping people start a new business earning more money than they typically make working full time. Honestly, working in property management for 12 years, I barely made any money giving them 40 hours of my life every week. Now with field inspections, I work on my own time, make money from many different companies and I answer to no one. This business gives people freedom. That is what’s most important to me. What sets me apart from others is that I care about the people, I want them to grow and be the best version of themselves. I am proud of being able to help others make money in a time where the cost of living is extremely stressful and ridiculously high. I want people to know that there’s a way to free yourself from stressful work environments. You can take this business on the road anywhere in the United States. I went to Chicago recently and switched my location, and the work orders were pouring in. All we do is take photos of mortgage, loan, and insurance companies. I offer my coaching services because I want to help my people in every way possible. 

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something most people don’t know about me is that while it may seem easy to some, I’m working until my eyes are burning and I’m in desperate need of sleep. I work this hard, so I won’t have to work this if you get what I’m saying.
