Meet Gino Tozzi

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gino Tozzi.

Hi Gino, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Before becoming licensed in real estate sales, I had several years of experience in multifamily and residential real estate development. In 2017, I started my real estate salesperson career at Johnstone and Johnstone Realtors. Since then, I have sold over 110 homes and left many clients extremely satisfied with my concierge service in handling the details of the real estate sales process. I am passionate about getting sellers as much money as possible for their real estate and matching buyers with the properties of their dreams. My goal is to serve clients and exceed their expectations.

I am a long-time resident of the Macomb County and Grosse Pointe area and know the residential and multifamily real estate landscape very well. I have coordinated and managed dozens of residential rehabs, remodels, and new build homes and condominiums to successful completion in my lifetime. I have managed an investment property to exceed its profits and maintain rental stability.

I earned my Bachelors of Arts at Hillsdale College, Masters of Arts at Wayne State University, and Doctorate at Wayne State University and have succeeded in multiple careers outside of real estate. I am currently married with two children and am an active volunteer at my kid’s school as the PAC’s Fundraising Chair, my local real estate board as President-elect, at my workplace at Johnstone & Johnstone, and am a Governor for the state’s largest MLS, Realcomp III.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The journey has some twists and turns but mostly very positive ones. The flexibility of this type of career with regards to my time and talents allows me to do my best in every task related to real estate but also in my personal life. I think the hardest struggle is to manage your time in a proper manner to grow your business without losing focus on the things that matter most like your family. I have continually made the proper adjustments to my schedule to accommodate the demands of both work and family life.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?

My specialty is in real estate sales for home buying, home selling, email and social media marketing, 1st-time buyers, senior citizens, military relocation, and investors. I am known for going above and beyond my client’s expectations in the sales process. I am also strong at tailoring and executing a custom plan to the needs of the client because each client is unique. I think what’s sets me apart is my attention to detail when serving my clients. 

What do you think about happiness?
I am happiest when I get to spend time with my wife and kids because my memories with them are my favorite. I am also very happy for my clients when we succeed with our objectives.
