Today we’d like to introduce you to Krystal Rain Bonner.

Hi Krystal, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started a journey of healing that lead me to my current profession over a decade ago. Struggling with lupus was a constant in my life until I took control. In helping myself, I have learned to help others.

I’ve been called to become a massage therapist, reiki master, and certified crystal healer. This profession enables me to help clients become the best version of themselves. My job is to educate and empower my clients as well.

During covid-19, while my practice was closed, I started making my oil blends and skin care products professionally. I currently create body butter, scrubs, salves, and ceremonial oils.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road. Struggling with health concerns, raising three sons alone, and being low income made this path much harder. But are the reasons I found it in the first place.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We offer several types of massage. Specializing in light and deep tissue, trigger points, and lymphatic drainage. We also offer energy work “reiki ” and crystals are used to amplify client’s results.

We are unique because of the variety of services we provide. We also include consulting time in each session. Clients are given homework and goals are set. Our skincare has mostly organic ingredients. No fillers, preservatives, or stabilizers. We use natural plant-based ingredients.

Our prices are affordable and our office is conveniently located downtown Ypsilanti.

Any big plans?
I plan to grow my massage business and skincare line. I’m currently in a teacher apprenticeship program for both massage therapy and reiki.
