Today we’d like to introduce you to Freddy Vasquez.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
The band started in High School! Vincent (Drummer) and I (Singer/Guitar) met and I showed him some of my demos since I had just started writing and he liked them and we decided to start the band in late summer of 2019.
After about a year of practicing and writing songs we recorded our first album in 2020 and released it in March of 2021 and that same year we played our first show in June and a couple more in that year as well!
The following years have been kind of a blur! in 2022 we released The Prom Ep which consists of 3 songs that are In our opinion quite good we also played alot more shows!
In 2023 we went on our first tour and played the most shows we ever had at that point we also started working on the 2nd album which has yet to be released
In 2024 we released the single “Are You Still The Same?” Which is one of our best songs In my opinion
Last year and this year we started recording the 2nd album as well as playing more shows!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s been a slightly bumpy ride like being on a not so fun tours where everything is kinda terrible or going wrong or having to kick a member or two along the way
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We’re a band and we make garage rock/power pop music
I’d say We’re most known for bringing hype energy when on stage!
I’d say we’re most proud of the sound we’ve created and the types of songs we’ve been writing especially the unreleased which we are both really excited to release!
I’d say our sound is quite different then the scene we are in which leans more twords the midwest emo wheras we have a bit more a grungy with a pop sensibility

Writing songs, playing shows with hype crowds, and recording
