Hi Geanna, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Gee’s Creations started in 2002 when i started cosmetology school. I recently retired from doing hair. I started my catering, fruit arrangement and seasoning business in 2019 unnder the the same name and obtained my LLC. Since then I started a meal prep business and have joined a few pop up shops.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I must say thing have definitely had it’s highs and lows being a serial entrepreneur I understand that things can go up and down financially and emotionally. The best part is making people happy and making something out of nothing.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in being creative, finding different ways to present something different and beautiful. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and my will to keep going and learning new things. I’m most known for my seafood egg rolls and my creative fruit designs. What sets me apart from others is my ability to make sure I am at the front, back and center of it all. You will always be able to have my direct and undivided attention while working with me.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
Ine of my favorite and best childhood memories are growing up in my childhood home with my great grandmother Mabell Potts who was bron in 1914 and was there to teach me all of her recipes and she made me a cook book when I was 10 years old. She set the mark for me to have love for food and the kitchen.
