Today we’d like to introduce you to Fallon Jenkins.
Hi fallon, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey began with a desire to build into a career that felt meaningful, authentic, and aligned with who I am. My background is rooted in the corporate healthcare space. This is where I developed my experience in communication, administration operation and supporting different people and mindsets on all levels. Those experiences helped me strengthen my professionalism, confidence, and understanding of how important it is to show up with purpose.
At the same time, I had begun pursing my education and working toward a future in Sonography. Balancing work, school and personal growth has increased my discipline, resilience, and the importance of investing in myself. Along this journey I decided to invest in my passion for personal branding, confidence and self-love. I realized that I could use my own experiences and growth to encourage others to believe in themselves and present the best version of who they are with confidence. That led to the development into my personal brand and consulting work. where I focus on helping people build confidence, gain clarity, and show up authentically in both their personal and professional lives.
I’m building a brand centered around confidence, self-love, personal development, and the belief that you can evolve into the next chapter without losing yourself in the process. I believe the way you see yourself influences the way you show up-and the way you show up often teaches people how to treat you.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely been a bumpy road with a few potholes, twists and turns, although some areas were smooth. Every challenge has helped shape me into the person and professional I am becoming. Balancing a career, education, personal responsibilities, and the process of building my own brand has required discipline and patience. The moments of uncertainty and times when i had to step outside of my comfort zone taught me to trust myself and keep moving forward no matter how many bumps along the way.
After my children started leaving the nest, I decided to go back to college. On top of that I decided to take on an additional commitment and invest even more into my personal and my professional growth. I added a goal to earn my certification in consulting which intern encouraged me to keep going. These responsibilities at the same time were challenging and new to me. It did allow me to expand my knowledge and create the foundation for the consulting work that I am building today.
The road has obstacles, but the hurdles have been worth it and has taught me a lot.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My work focuses on coaching, consulting and personal development . It is centered around mindset, self-love, personal growth, wellness and confidence. I help encourage individuals to recognize their values and shift the way they see themselves. I help them become more intentional about the way they show up in their personal and professional lives.
I specialize in helping people build confidence from the inside out. To me, personal development is not just about appearance or achieving goals: it is also about developing a healthier mindset, setting and creating a balance while embracing every stage of the journey. Through my brand, I share encouragement, insight, and practical perspectives that motivates people to invest in themselves and step into the next level.
I am most proud of going back to college and also earning my consulting certification. Just having the courage to turn that into something I feel is purposeful and meaningful to me.
What sets me apart is that my messages are rooted in authenticity and personal experience. I understand what it feels like to balance goals, education, responsibilities, and personal transformation. Growth is not something that happens overnight and confidence comes with consistency. It is built it is self-awareness and learning to honor who you are while becoming who you are meant to be.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
A current read is The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene. I’m approaching this as a study of communication, human behavior, boundaries and professional dynamics. It encourages me to think more intentionally about how I communicate, and how I handle different personalities. Also, how I carry myself in professional atmospheres.
I also find inspiration thru various podcasts, social media, and online content in the same genre as mindset, and personal development. i am leaning into more intentional content that I consume because I believe what we consistently listen to and watch can influence our perspective and motivation.
