Meet Antione Williams of Michigan

Today we’d like to introduce you to Antione Williams.

Hi Antione, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started fashion modeling and influencing about two years ago. People always told me they admired the way I carried myself and how I showed up in the world, but honestly, getting started was a lot of trial and error. I didn’t really know where to begin because it was all new to me.

With time, guidance from an influencer, and support from a few people along the way, I learned how to make my page feel like me, authentic, intentional, and true to who I am. Once I found my own rhythm, it became something that genuinely fulfilled me.

Everything I’ve built, including working with small brands, came from staying consistent and staying grounded in who I am. I talk about things that matter to me, especially around mental health. Every caption holds a piece of my story, something I’ve overcome or something I’m still walking through.
My hope is always that someone reading it feels a little less alone, especially those who deal with things quietly, or not knowing how to deal with things. If my journey can be a reminder that they’re seen and supported, then I’m doing what I set out to do.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely wasn’t a smooth road for me. I’ve always had a clear sense of how I want my photos and reels to feel, but in the beginning I couldn’t always capture that. It took time to learn the angles, the lighting, and how to style outfits in a way that actually told my story. Where I am, who I am, and what I’m growing into.

Last summer was especially tough. The road got really bumpy because I was deep in my own healing. Reconnecting with my inner child, unlearning patterns and behaviors I grew up seeing, and breaking conditioning that didn’t belong to me. I had to reparent myself and become the man my younger self always needed. That work wasn’t easy. I had someone in my life who was my teacher, and it forced me to reflect on things I didn’t want to face. Eventually I listened, sat with it, and did the work.

Through all of that, I had to lean hard on God and trust that the process was about shedding old beliefs, old conditioning, old versions of myself, forgiving myself and that version that tried, and letting my true self come forward. It was messy, but it was necessary. And it’s a big part of why I show up the way I do today.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a child and family mental health therapist, and I’ve been in the field for six years now. It’s been meaningful for me to walk alongside my clients as they move through their own journeys. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, helping people understand how their thoughts connect to their feelings and shape their actions. I’ve had to do that same work myself, and seeing the progress in my clients especially kids bring me a lot of fulfillment.

What I’m most proud of is helping people let go of beliefs that were never theirs to carry, challenge thoughts that feel true but aren’t, and learn how to regulate their nervous system. Those are things I had to learn on my own, and doing that work has shaped me into the man I am today.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I see my practice continuing to grow, and I see myself becoming even more joyful and fulfilled as more people allow me to walk alongside them in their journey. I’ll keep learning and progressing, not just in my profession, but in who I am as a person.

And with fashion modeling, I see my content continuing to inspire, influence, and motivate others to become the version of themselves they’ve always wanted to step into. It’s all connected for me, the work I do in therapy, the work I do creatively, and the way I show up in the world. My hope is that both sides of what I do keep encouraging people to grow into their own truth.
