Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Amani I’m from Kalamazoo Michigan I’m a local music artist who’s very passionate about what I do. I love bringing joy to others despite the world we live in
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No not at all, but that’s life
I grew up with a single mother in and out of homes split apart from siblings we moved around a lot but she made a way
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
To be honest there isn’t something I don’t do such as art, fashion, designing, music, but as of right now I have been focusing on perfecting my art of music
What are your plans for the future?
My goal is to be a voice in today’s world that can be heard positively above my generation I feel like we lack motivation to do the things we want in life because most people don’t have a ear to listen or a voice to speak, I feel like everyone stuck on doing things the “right” way but who is anyone to actually say something is wrong or right
