Loui$, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey began on the Westside of Detroit. Music has been in my DNA since a child. I’ve adapted to my circumstances my entire life. I’ve learned that in my professional life I need to take the same approach to being teachable and humble. That’s allowed me to develop as an artist as well as a person.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No it hasn’t been a smooth road. I’ve had many growing pains along the way. They have shaped me into the man that I am today and I’m thankful for that.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a rapper and an actor. Rapping has always been a passion of mine but acting has become my new obsession. Being on set makes me come alive. There’s truly no other feeling like it.
What’s next?
Yes I have a few roles lined up I’m excited about and after that I have a few music videos to shoot as well. One of the keys to being a working artist is always having a new project to look forward to!
