Meet Casey Jackson of Aloha Aesthetic

Today we’d like to introduce you to Casey Jackson.

Hi Casey, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started Aloha Aesthetic because I knew there was a different way to approach aesthetics. After years of working as an injector and coming from a plastic surgery background, I wanted to create a space where patients felt seen, educated, and safe… not judged, pressured, or sold to.

My philosophy has always been that aesthetic medicine should highlight the features that make someone uniquely beautiful while thoughtfully addressing the things that make them feel insecure. I never wanted Aloha to be a place that followed trends or treated every face with the same formula. Anatomy matters. Ethnicity matters. Individuality matters.

As a minority-owned clinic, it was especially important to me to create an aesthetic home where every patient, regardless of their background, could trust that their features would be understood, respected, and celebrated.

At the heart of Aloha is a simple goal: I want people to feel more confident when they look in the mirror, while still recognizing themselves. We aren’t here to create a new face. We’re here to protect and enhance what’s already there.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the biggest challenges has been learning how to grow beyond myself. When you build a business around your own hands, your own relationships with patients, and your own reputation, learning to build a team and trust other people with something so personal is a completely different skill set. I’m currently navigating that transition by focusing heavily on education, technique, mentorship, and creating the type of training environment I wish I had when I first entered aesthetics.

I’ve also built this business while being a wife, raising two young children, and continuing to work as a nurse outside of Aloha. There have been seasons where the balance simply didn’t exist. I’ve missed sleep, worked after my kids went to bed, answered messages from grocery store parking lots, and questioned more than once whether I had taken on too much.

But every difficult season has forced me to become a better business owner and a better leader. Aloha has grown from a small suite into a team and a new, larger space of our own. The road hasn’t been smooth, but it has been incredibly meaningful.

As you know, we’re big fans of Aloha Aesthetic. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Aloha Aesthetic is my baby. I started it after years of working in aesthetic medicine and realizing that I wanted to create something that felt different. Not only in the results we deliver, but in the way people feel when they walk through the door.

We specialize in non-surgical aesthetic medicine as well as wellness, but at the heart of Aloha is a very personal philosophy: I believe aesthetic treatments should highlight the traits that make someone individually beautiful while helping camouflage the things that make them feel insecure. I have never been interested in chasing trends or creating the same face over and over again. Every person who sits in my chair brings a different anatomy, ethnicity, lifestyle, personality, and set of goals, and I believe their treatment plan should reflect that.

As a Native Hawaiian woman, inclusivity has always been incredibly important to me. I wanted to build an aesthetic home where people of every race and ethnicity could feel confident that their features would be understood, respected, and celebrated. Aesthetic medicine is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is beauty. That belief is woven into everything we do at Aloha.

I also wanted to create the kind of experience I would want for myself. A place where you can ask questions without feeling embarrassed, where pricing is clear, where education is part of every appointment, and where your provider will tell you no if a treatment is not right for you. Trust is everything to me. I never want a patient wondering whether I recommended something because they truly needed it or because I was trying to make a sale.

What I’m most proud of is that Aloha has grown tremendously without losing the personality it started with. We are serious about medicine, safety, education, and results, but the environment itself is warm, honest, and approachable. You can receive highly technical, thoughtful care and still laugh through your appointment. I think that balance is a huge part of who we are.

As Aloha grows, one of the things I am most passionate about is building a team with that same foundation. I’m incredibly hands-on with education and mentorship because I want every provider who represents Aloha to understand not just how to perform a treatment, but why they are doing it. Technique can be taught, but I also want my team to learn how to truly see a patient, listen to them, assess their anatomy, and create a plan that belongs specifically to that person.

If there is one thing I want readers to know about Aloha, it is that we will never be the place that tries to turn you into someone else. My goal has always been to create a space where you feel understood, cared for, and confident in the person you already are. That is what Aloha means to me, and that is the standard I want us to carry through every stage of growth.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
While I’ve worked incredibly hard to build Aloha, there is no version of this story where I did it alone.

My family has been my foundation. My husband and parents have supported every wild idea, stepped in wherever needed, and quite literally helped me build Aloha with their own hands.

My patients deserve an incredible amount of credit as well. Aloha was built one relationship and one referral at a time. They trusted me, shared my work, told their friends, and continued to grow with me. I never take that loyalty lightly.

I’m also grateful for the friendships I’ve made with other women in this industry and in business. Having people who understand the wins, failures, stress, and chaos of entrepreneurship has been invaluable.

Finally, I’m incredibly proud of my growing team. Transitioning from a solo provider into a leader and educator has been one of the most challenging and rewarding parts of this journey. My name may be attached to Aloha as its founder, but this business has been supported, shared, referred, renovated, encouraged, and occasionally talked off a ledge by an entire community of people—and I’ll always be grateful for that.
