Hi Meghan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
If you had met me several years ago, you probably would have seen someone who looked successful on the outside but felt disconnected from her own voice on the inside. I used alcohol as a way to feel confident enough to speak. I performed my way through life. Everyone thought I was happy, successful and free. But internally, I felt imprisoned and trapped.
I’ve always loved communication. I built a career in marketing, public relations, and media, appeared on television, led sales and business development for organizations, and eventually became a psychotherapist because I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people heal, connect, and become who they were created to be.
But somewhere along the way, I realized that having a voice isn’t the same as using it with freedom and stewardship of what God entrusted you to say.
Like so many people, I struggled with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and wondering if I was saying the “right” thing. I knew how to communicate strategically, but I was still learning how to communicate authentically. And I learned through the first part of my life that your words are so powerful. I created an entire life based on who I was trying to be, instead of who I truly was.
Everything began to change when my faith became deeply personal. I stopped trying to manufacture the perfect message and started partnering with God in the way I spoke, led, and served. Instead of chasing approval, I learned to speak from conviction. Instead of performing, I learned to be present. Instead of trying to sound impressive, I focused on becoming fully aligned with who God created me to be.
I fell on my knees in surrender. I burned my entire life to the ground. I started completely over 7 years ago and haven’t looked back since.
Today, I help leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, and ministry leaders discover what I call their Holy Voice—the intersection of their identity, their message, and the presence they carry. My work isn’t simply about public speaking. It’s about helping people become the kind of leader whose words carry weight because they come from a place of authenticity, emotional health, and deep trust.
It’s sacred. It’s one of a kind. No one has your story but you, and no one has your voice but you. And the way that we use it to help others is exactly the mission God entrusted us to carry.
Through speaking, coaching, retreats, media, and psychotherapy, I help people refine both their message and themselves. Because I’ve learned that your message only becomes as powerful as the person delivering it.
I once heard Myron Golden say, “A prepared messenger is more important than a prepared message”, and it’s always stayed with me.
Looking back, every chapter—from communications and media to therapy, motherhood, personal challenges, sobriety, and my own spiritual journey—prepared me for the work I do today.
To foster a new level of leadership in the marketplace and teach these leaders how to lead in service, stewardship and with their heart and soul.
My mission is simple: to help people stop hiding, trust the voice they’ve been given, and communicate in a way that changes lives. Because I truly believe the world doesn’t need more surface level—it needs more people willing to speak with the refinement that comes from grief, the climb up the mountain peak and from true embodiment in their full potential.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all. Challenges equal refinement. Vulnerability equals connection. You cannot be a solid leader without having experienced it all.
Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve experienced seasons of uncertainty, financial pressure, self-doubt, and wondering if I was truly equipped for what I felt called to do. There were times when I thought success meant working harder, saying yes to every opportunity, and trying to prove myself. From the outside, things looked like they were moving forward, but internally, I was exhausted and feeling like I was on this hamster wheel of seeking external validation and acceptance.
Entrepreneurship is a spiritual journey. It will take you to the deepest parts of yourself. Only to find more freedom on the other side.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that growth isn’t just about building a business—it’s about becoming the kind of person who can sustain the vision you’ve been given. You have to be able to hold it.
The bigness of who God entrusted you to be. No more shrinking and holding back. Going all in.
I’ve had to let go of perfectionism, release the need for external validation, and learn to trust God’s timing instead of trying to force my own. That hasn’t always been easy, but it has been incredibly freeing. Every layer is a new level of liberation in myself.
I’m also a psychotherapist, so I understand both professionally and personally how our nervous system, our beliefs, and our life experiences shape the way we show up in the world. I’ve learned that if our identity isn’t healthy, our leadership won’t be either. That’s why so much of my work focuses on helping people develop not only their message, but also the internal foundation to carry it. You can’t unbecome who you become.
The difficult seasons bring you closer to God. Hands down. Your faith becomes refined in a way that creates an unshakeable foundation.
Today, when I work with clients, I’m not just teaching communication or leadership. I’m walking alongside people who are becoming more fully themselves. And that perspective came from living it first.
Leaders are the bridge. Leaders go first and reach their hand back in to help others become their full potential and walk more fully in their gifts.

At the heart of everything I do, I help people find and embody their authentic voice so they can lead with greater confidence, clarity, and impact. I never wanted to sound like everyone else, so I become the vessel the Holy Spirit speaks through and now I teach others.
I’m a speaker, psychotherapist, communications strategist, and founder of Called to SOULSPEAK, where I work with entrepreneurs, executives, ministry leaders, and organizations to refine not only what they say, but who they become while saying it.
While many communication coaches focus on presentation skills, I specialize in the deeper work. I believe the most powerful messages don’t come from memorizing a script—they come surrendering to God. This is when your message is felt in people not just in their ears, but in their spirit.
My background is unique because it brings together several disciplines that don’t often exist under one roof. I combine psychotherapy, leadership development, communications strategy, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and faith to help people communicate from a place of authenticity rather than performance. My clients don’t simply become better speakers—they become more grounded leaders, more effective communicators, and more confident by mastering the art of belonging in every single room they walk in.
What I’m probably best known for is helping people discover what I call their “Holy Voice”—the voice that emerges when they stop trying to impress others and start communicating from a place of truth, wisdom, and purpose. Whether someone is stepping onto a stage, leading a company, preaching a sermon, or simply having difficult conversations, my goal is to help them speak with a presence that creates trust and lasting influence.
What I’m most proud of isn’t an award or a title—it’s watching someone who once doubted themselves walk onto a stage, into a boardroom, or into a leadership role with a confidence they didn’t know they had. Seeing people find the courage to fully own their voice and use it to make a meaningful difference is the greatest reward of my work.

At the end of the day, I don’t believe the world needs more surface level speakers with manipulative marketing. I believe it needs more authentic leaders—people who know who they are, trust the voice they’ve been given, and use it to serve others. That’s the mission behind everything I do.

God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit met me in places religion never could.
On my knees in deep surrender when I almost lost everything.
On my kitchen floor ugly crying thinking there was no hope.
When I was baptized in Lake Michigan with my best friends during the most beautiful sunrise I’ve ever seen.
When my son run into my arms after he is dismissed from school because I get to walk to pick him up from school because I create my own schedule.
In courtrooms. In bankruptcy. In waiting tables while in grad school at 32 years old rebuilding my entire life after I burnt to the ground to start over.
In investing in my dreams so hard that I sat with $1000 left in my bank account and then had a $17,500 sales day.
In moments where I had no choice but to expand into what I was fully capable of and then I created a $6 figure business FROM NOTHING.
In the moments where the sellers said yes to me buying the home of my dreams when everyone said ‘there’s no way this will happen’.
In the tears of gratitude I cried on the back of a golf cart taxi with my family listening to Christina Aguilara.
In the moments at 7am when I get a celebration call from a woman I get to walk shoulder to shoulder in business.
In the celebration calls with my mentor when I had a $55k launch.
In the moments I get to take my whole family on beach getaways to Florida.
In the moments when I get to share SOULSPEAK all over the world.
In the breakthroughs I have with my clients DAILY.
When I was saved my angels multiple times. When I watched my son get saved my angels 2 months ago.
In rooms holding my parents hands crying and praying and begging God to give me another chance and promising I wouldn’t waste it.
I could go on and on and on and on.
I believe because I was witnessed impossible things become possible.
Because of the miracles I’ve experienced that can only be explained in supernatural ways.
And the best part is…this is just the beginning.
