Daily Inspiration: Meet Aaron Jackson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aaron Jackson.

Hi Aaron, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve been making little videos and stuff since I was a kid on this phone my sister gave me, I think it was an “Altica” or sum, if I dropped it the back would come off. I did my first musical my sophomore year of Highschool, Wizard of Oz where I played the Tin-Man now I currently attend Oakland University where I’m studying Musical Theatre. I love music and I create it too, August 25th of last year I dropped my debut Album “ROSE GOLD GUN”. I also do photography and there are many fields I still wanna breach.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not to go into much detail but obviously life isn’t perfect but at the end of the day I’ve always had a roof over my head whether that it belonged to me or not and that is a blessing, it’s always kind of been working with what I got to create, not having the most tools at my disposal but I honestly have everything that I need. Having parents that are supportive of what you want to do and that don’t wanna live their dreams through you is also very important, I’m very thankful

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Artist, Actor, Singer, Dancer, Director, Photographer, & Videographer

I love doing all of these things, especially music because I feel like you have to have your hands in all of the pockets, you’re making the music, you’re shooting the cover or having someone else do it directing them and telling them what you want and in your music videos you’re acting or just capturing yourself in that moment and feeling the music. I’m very proud of ROSE GOLD GUN but boy I really want to make and put out more music, I’m excited cause I have so many ideas. What separates me from others? My experiences. No one can tell a story the way that I would tell it.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
God. My Family, my sister, my friends Ethan, David, Ryan Tatone, Donovan Sharpe, & Mak
