Hi Tiffani, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started V-Lou Social in 2023. Before that I was working a corporate job and freelancing on the side taking social media clients. I knew it was something I wanted to do full-time. I dreamed of having my own creative business one day and being my own boss, so in 2023 I set out to make that happen. I took courses, invested in coaching, networked across NWI and Chicago, and built an online presence. I slowly but surely started to grow in NWI and the Chicagoland area. I started getting amazing clients that I only dreamed of. And I went full time with in 2025. Fast forward now, I have niched down to working with luxury businesses who want to build online prescences that reflect the same level of quality and care that their in- person experience exudes.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like any business, there’s ups and downs, client churn, employees leaving, busy and slow periods. But I embrace it and know that there’s a reason for every season.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am social media manager, Owner of V-Lou Social, a luxury social media agency working with luxury brands in NWI and the Chicagoland area. We work with clients who want to put out high-quality, strategic content that tells their story and translates the experience their customers get in real life when stepping foot in their doors.
We are proud to have some really amazing, well respected clients in various industries that we do this for.
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I wouldn’t say luck is the word. I think I’m highly blessed and favored. I named my business after my grandma, and I think everyday she is watching over me.
I also have worked hard to get here. 2024 was such a ground breaking year for me. I poured blood, sweat, and tears into building my business. And in 2025 it started paying off.

- My pricing reflect my level of expertise, skillset, time and care it takes to grow brands on social media. Our management packages are priced to reflect that and our clients understand that social media is truly a full-time job. Sure anyone can post a picture or video on social media, but we don’t post to post. We are building an online presence for our clients that will tell their story and set them apart from their competitors.
