Hi Tatiyanna, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my lash journey five years ago with a passion for beauty and a desire to create something of my own. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a business as I fell in love with helping women feel more confident and beautiful. Over the years, I’ve continued to grow my skills, build my clientele, and create a brand that reflects who I am. Today, I’m the owner of WinxedByTati, a full-time student, and an entrepreneur dedicated to providing quality lash services and creating an experience that leaves every client feeling their best. My journey hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of my biggest challenges has been moving in and out of different suite locations and having to essentially rebuild my clientele each time. Every move meant reintroducing myself to clients, adjusting to a new environment, and finding ways to stay visible in a very competitive industry.
Another challenge has been not only building a clientele but retaining one. Getting clients in the door is one thing, but creating an experience that keeps them coming back consistently is another. Over the years, I’ve learned that retention is just as important as attracting new clients. It takes consistency, great customer service, quality work, and building genuine relationships with your clients.
There have been slow seasons, moments of self-doubt, and times when I questioned if all the hard work was worth it. But those challenges taught me resilience, pushed me to continue improving my craft, and helped me grow not only as a business owner but as a person.

WinxedByTati is a luxury lash brand dedicated to helping women feel confident, beautiful, and effortlessly put together. I offer a variety of lash extension services ranging from natural, everyday looks to more full and customized sets designed to fit each client’s unique style and eye shape.
What sets me apart is the experience I strive to create. My goal is for every client to feel comfortable, valued, and cared for from the moment they sit in my chair. I believe lash appointments should be more than just a beauty service, they should be a moment of self-care and relaxation.
One thing I’m most proud of is building my brand from the ground up over the last five years. I’ve worked hard to create a business that reflects who I am while continuously improving my skills and services. My brand is built on consistency, professionalism, and genuine relationships with my clients.
I want readers to know that WinxedByTati is more than lashes, it’s about helping women feel confident in their everyday lives. Whether it’s for a special occasion or simply because they deserve it, my goal is to help every client leave feeling like the best version of themselves.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up, I was very outgoing, involved, and super girly. Some of my favorite memories are spending weekends at the mall with my mom, aunts, and grandmas. As I got older and into my teenage years, those mall trips turned into spending time with my friends, but I’ve always loved being around people and creating memories with those closest to me.
I’ve also always been the type of person who wants everyone to feel included, seen, and valued. Whether it was in school, sports, or friend groups, I naturally gravitated toward bringing people together and making sure no one felt left out. Looking back, I think those qualities have carried over into both my personal life and my business, where building relationships and making people feel good about themselves are things I genuinely enjoy.
