Hi Victoria, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve been drawn to beauty for as long as I can remember. As a child maybe around 10 years old I loved mixing products to make them shimmer or feel more exciting. That curiosity led me to Cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute of East Lansing where I also cross trained in the Spa to become an Esthetician. I was always fascinated by ingredients and how they worked together to create the products I sold. Selling became more than a job for me it was a way to share what I’d learned about how these products interacted with hair and skin.
But my journey took a deeper turn when I struggled with cystic acne. The scarring it left on my face was devastating and my only goal at the time was to heal my skin. I never imagined that my love for ingredients and the knowledge I gained would lead me to where I am today. During a particularly dark time in my life I turned to spirituality and paganism. This opened my eyes to insights from the divine that I didn’t even know I could access. I began practicing divination regularly using pendulums and cards to connect with spirits. Through this practice I found that my ancestors were guiding me toward healing my skin.
The more I studied psychic gifts, the more I unlocked within myself. One of the most profound moments came when I was in that space between sleep and waking. I heard the term “Bito tree.” When I looked it up, I discovered it was the Desert Date tree, a resilient species known for its ability to thrive in arid regions. Given my far-off ancestry in Africa, I came to the realization that my ancestors were telling me what to use to heal my scarring. The Desert Date tree, also known as Balanites aegyptiaca, is a totem of dry lands, providing food, materials, and ecological benefits while being remarkably drought-resistant. I started incorporating its oil into my skincare routine, and the results were incredible. My scars began to heal, and my skin’s overall quality improved dramatically.
This experience inspired me to found Ethereal Elegance Aromatics. As a Board Certified Cosmetologist cross trained Esthetician and High Priestess I blend the art of skincare with spiritual practice. Our products from shampoos and conditioners to body washes and fragrance oils are crafted with intention using sustainable high quality ingredients. Each creation is designed to turn self care into a mindful ritual inviting reverence into daily life. We specialize in spiritually divined scents and formulations that honor both beauty and the sacred. Our mission is to help you elevate your self care turning everyday moments into opportunities for connection intention and nourishment for the body soul and spirit.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No it hasn’t been easy. One of my biggest struggles has been finding my purpose while dealing with debilitating hand and arm pain. This pain made it difficult to keep a job in my trained field let alone other jobs I’ve worked. Even now I still have to take breaks because the symptoms of my autoimmune disease and chronic pain.
These challenges forced me to listen to my body and trust the process. They also taught me the importance of creating a business that aligns with my values including sustainability and accessibility. Every obstacle has been a lesson shaping not just my work but my resilience.

Ethereal Elegance Aromatics is where skincare meets sacred practice. My background as a Board Certified Cosmetologist and Esthetician provides the foundation to create effective products while my role as a High Priestess allows me to infuse them with intention and spiritual depth. I channel divine guidance through divination using pendulums cards and meditation to craft blends that resonate on a soul level.
Each fragrance or formulation serves a higher purpose whether it’s a scent to honor an ancient deity a blend to connect with ancestors or a skincare oil to support healing. My passion extends to sourcing sacred oils and ingredients from around the world. I strive to learn as much as possible about their cultural uses, spiritual significance, and other benefits. Gardening is another love of mine and growing plants for future use brings clarity to my sourcing process and imbues the ingredients with even more magic. Looking ahead I see my education continuing through travel and hands on experience.
Beyond personal care I collaborate with businesses to create signature scents that align with their brand’s energy and mission. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how a fragrance can become part of someone’s identity whether for personal ritual or professional branding.
What I’m most proud of is the feedback from clients who share how my products have improved their skin and deepened their spiritual practices. This work is about more than beauty it’s about creating moments of connection intention and reverence in everyday life.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Many people don’t realize that divination is a core part of my creative process. Almost all of my products are the result of divination whether it be the fragrance blends in our shampoos conditioners and lotions or the entirety of our sacred oil blends. Every fragrance blend I develop starts with a ritual using pendulums cards or meditation to connect with spirits ancestors or deities. This ensures that each product carries a specific intention whether it’s for healing protection or spiritual growth.
Beyond personal use I’ve also helped businesses discover their signature scents aligning their brand identity with a fragrance that resonates on a deeper level. It’s a little known aspect of my work but it’s one of the most rewarding ways I bridge the material and spiritual worlds.
