Diana, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
As a young girl, I would go over my grandma’s home often. Often times she would introduce us to new people that were guest staying at her home. She would help them through homelessness, sickness, and sobriety for some. She would pray, feed, and help them with getting access to resources. She was unknowingly running a shared living home for those needing alternative housing. This is my inspiration to continue the legacy of community-service
The inspiration behind the journey came through life experiences, caregiving, and witnessing the growing need for supportive, family-centered living options for seniors and vulnerable adults. Born from compassion, resilience, and a deep understanding of community care, RoyalDi Homes was created with one mission in mind: to provide heartfelt living with dignity, comfort, and connection at the center of every experience.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, this journey has had some ups and downs as many businesses have when starting up. It requires faith- seeing / believing in the vision before it’s even completed and sacrifice- long hours behind the scenes with creating SOP’s, learning the business, and networking.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a proud nurse, RN of 19yrs with experience in many areas to include bedside, bed management , and home healthcare. The last 12yrs, I’ve worked as a Case Manager for one of the largest health insurance providers servicing seniors. While on this journey, I’ve come to realize how much seniors are affected by social determinants of health. This includes lack of access to quality healthcare and lack of housing. Being a case manager has played a role in my decision to start my independent living home. I get joy in connecting my clients to resources in the community.
And I look forward to RoyalDi Homes being a trusted resource to others in the community as well. The goal is not just to house individuals, but to create a true home environment — one filled with warmth, conversation, good meals, laughter, peace of mind, and genuine human connection where you feel like royalty.

My faith in God is most important to me. It is the foundation of my life and business. Having integrity and kindness will take you a long way.
