Hi Shea, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Born and raised in Detroit, Always infatuated with Detroit’s unique architecture. Obtaining real estate sales and builder’s license 2004. Homes Sold By Shea was born.
Shea puts her love of the city on full display on HGTV shows Bargain Block and Bargain Buys, where she, Keith and Evan buy and renovate neighborhood homes. “My love for all things Metro Detroit makes each transaction something special, because my work is contributing to strengthening the very fabric of our community,” says Shea.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The real estate market is full ups and downs. Being a entrepreneur isn’t always easy. It’s very important to ‘show up’ in the best way possible with every single client, especially when managing a referral based business.
