Hi Moe, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?

When we moved to our Ypsilanti headquarters, we started a small nursery for our projects, our clients as well as fellow landscapers. On our hunt for suppliers, we stumbled upon Gardens Alive and we ended up starting a new company Superior Wholesale which started from their liquidation sale in West Olive, MI. From there we leased some land from them and began our wholesale nursery in 2023 and have been expanding ever since. We currently focus on supplying landscapers and garden centers throughout the midwest.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Ofcourse not, we have had our fair share and are currently facing some. But in business you roll with the punches and roll up your sleeves and figure it out. Sales, Inventory, Cash flow, Staffing, come to mind to name a few.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
Playing outside with friends. The smell of fresh cut grass was always something that perked me up. It something about that made it feel lively and fresh.
