Today we’d like to introduce you to Elizabeth Dave.
Hi Elizabeth, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Bindi & Blazers Media officially launched in March 2025, after talking with dozens of small-business owners, from boutique shops to local service providers, we kept hearing the same thing “Marketing agencies cost too much, and we’re not seeing the results.”
We noticed a real problem. Many agencies were charging $50o+ per month plus the cost of ads for Google Ads management, yet they are not even taking care of the basics by reviewing search terms, not optimizing keywords, and providing little transparency to what they are actually doing with their money. Time and time again we kept seeing their hard earned money getting wasted.
As two women who grew up watching hardworking families build their dreams from scratch, this hit home and we wanted to put a stop to it. So we created a different kind of marketing space, making Google Ads accessible, affordable, and actually effective, whether you want to run ads yourself or have experts do it for you with two plans,
DIY business owners: We break everything down step-by-step with beginner-friendly tutorials, checklists, templates, and guides.
Busy owners who want experts: We offer affordable monthly plans that scale with your business, not agency-style retainers that drain your cash flow.
Elizabeth brings 10+ years of experience running multi-million-dollar campaigns at large marketing agencies for brands in retail, automotive, pharma, and more. After seeing how broken the agency model was, especially for small businesses, she wanted to break the mold and bring real strategy, transparency, and care directly to the people who need it most.
Ekta, a creative technologist and AI-innovation lead, built out the education-first model, ensuring every guide, tool, and resource empowers business owners to understand their own numbers and make confident decisions.
Together, we launched Bindi & Blazers Media because small, local, and family-owned businesses deserve better;
better marketing, better transparency, and better partners who actually care about long-term growth.
We’re here to bridge culture + commerce, empower entrepreneurs with knowledge, and deliver real results without the industry fluff.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One of our biggest obstacles has been demand. Many small business owners want the full package, Google Ads, social media ads, SEO, email marketing, content, and everything in between. And while we’re actively building those expanded service plans, growth takes time.
Right now, both of us still work full-time corporate roles while running Bindi & Blazers Media during every spare hour. Our dream is to eventually transition into this work full-time so we can offer even more services, support more entrepreneurs, and meet the demand we know is out there.
Until then, we’re growing intentionally, building strong foundations, creating tools that actually help, and making sure every business we support gets the attention it deserves.
Because when we do step into Bindi & Blazers full-time, we want to do it the right way: with integrity, quality, and a true commitment to helping businesses in need.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
What truly sets me apart is the blend of where I’ve been, how my brain works, and who I care about. I’ve spent over a decade managing multi-million-dollar Google Ads budgets at large marketing agencies, working on brands across retail, automotive, pharma, luxury, and e-commerce. I know how big brands scale, how strategy is built, and which levers actually drive revenue and I bring that same level of expertise to the small-business owners who are always overlooked.
I’m also proudly neurodivergent, and it plays a huge role in how I show up. My brain notices patterns instantly, search terms, CPC shifts, audience behavior, conversion trends, things other people miss, I catch in seconds. I can hyperfocus for hours, dig deep into data, see creative angles others might overlook, and find connections that make campaigns stronger. It’s one of my biggest superpowers in marketing, and it’s shaped the way I problem-solve, strategize, and advocate for clients.
But I’m not just analytical, I’m creative to my core. I love breaking down ROAS, CTR, and keyword insights, but I also love writing ad copy that makes people feel something, building brand narratives, and helping entrepreneurs understand the “why” behind every campaign. I think like a strategist and a storyteller, and that combination helps businesses grow in a way that’s both smart and human.
And above all, I care deeply. When a business owner trusts me with their budget, I treat it like my own. I’ve seen too many agencies overcharge, under-deliver, and hide behind big words, and I refuse to operate that way. I’m honest, transparent, and direct. If something won’t work, I’ll tell you. If your money is better spent somewhere else, I’ll say that too. I believe good marketing shouldn’t be reserved for companies with massive budgets. That’s why at Bindi & Blazers, we create free DIY guides, simple templates, and affordable plans because small businesses deserve real support without the gatekeeping.
I’m not just running campaigns; I’m building a space where entrepreneurs feel seen, supported, and empowered, especially those who think differently, learn differently, or run their businesses differently. A space where marketing feels clear, results feel real, and people feel cared for.
That’s what sets me apart and it’s why I’m so passionate about what we’re building at Bindi & Blazers Media.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
Jennifer from Tri County Precision Grinding and Lori from Children’s Orchard have been two of our biggest supporters as we’ve helped grow their businesses through Google Ads and SEO. While Ekta and I continue working toward making Bindi & Blazers a full-time career, they trusted us from the very beginning and that trust means everything.
Without them, we honestly wouldn’t be where we are today. Their belief in our vision keeps us going, fuels our late nights, and reminds us why we’re building this. And I can’t wait to look back a year from now with new clients, expanding storefronts, and even more small businesses growing alongside us.
