Hi Joshua, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I worked for a company a felt the Dunk Tanks were undervalued. After a few years of sitting on the idea, in 2014, I purchased a dunk tank at auction and started my journey. Ended up learning my original idea was not a good idea and had to pivot to rentals. Slowly over the time I was able to build that up. Had a few investors come on and help me along the way. in 2019 we added inflatables and post covid we started taking off. We now offer over 50 rental items, have staff and such a great connection with the local community we are able to give back with out Bounce For A Cause program and we have coffee!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s never a smooth road. We had a truck that always blew a fuse when you plugged in the trailer lights to it so we couldn’t run overnight runs for pick ups. There have been days I could get units picked up due to all the water on the unit or how heavy it was getting on the trailer.
