Powered by Grace is a specialized, Christian – based Fitness Facility located in Flint, MI. Our mission is simple: to go beyond the four walls of the gym and create a space where fitness, faith and community come together. PBG isn’t just where you train, it’s where you belong! Powered by Grace was born out of a desire to create more than just a fitness space but it was a call to build a faith – filled community. Founded in 2025 by former gymnast and personal trainer, Jeanetta saw the need for a gym that prioritized both physical strength and spiritual growth.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Opening a fitness facility is EXPENSIVE to say the least. Currently working on funding to purchase more equipment to serve the community. Membership enrollment is low with many saying that they wish we had more equipment.

Hey! I’m Jeanetta Malone, a certified personal training, former gymnast and exercise science student with a passion for faith, fitness and community! Most people know me from my training / gymnast videos on social media.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memories comes from playing sports and having a team to back you up at your lowest and cheer you on at your highest. As I moved away from competitive sports that team atmosphere disappears in the real world more so every man for them selves.
