Today we’d like to introduce you to Elige “Eli” Stewart.
Hi Elige “Eli”, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve spoken before about my journey into art and psychic work in general. Well after I had been working for about 10 years in Michigan as a psychic reader, I had the opportunity to participate in a remote viewing study. I had been aware of remote viewing since the government had declassified its “psychic spying” programs in the 90s. My participation in that study sparked a deep interest and fascination into trying to understand how psychic phenomenon happens.
Over the next couple of decades, I’ve trained in a couple of different forms of remote viewing, and I’ve started to monitor my brainwaves to help give myself a deeper understanding of what’s happening in the brain when I’m engaged in psychic work.
I trained with a prominent psychic detective and intuitive investigator – Pam Coronado from the television program Sensing Murder- in both CRV (Controlled Remote Viewing) and in psychic investigation. Now I use the skills I’ve developed to help investigators and families to obtain information to help with the investigation, as well as to help provide a sense of closure to the family. I started studying with Pam about five years ago (and continue to study with her and often contribute to the investigations she consults on.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the biggest struggles was shifting from the relatively symbolic information that I get conducting a reading to the direct objective information that’s useful to remote viewing and intuitive investigation. You have to get really comfortable being wrong to learn to train your subconscious for more objective sensory information.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I work as a psychic medium and spirit artist, offering consultations, readings, classes and mentorship to individuals and small groups. I produce spiritually inspired fine art, often showing in charity art shows. I also consult with private investigators, law enforcement and search & rescue organizations to aid in their investigations. I’m also now working closely with an expert paranormal investigator.
What sets me apart from others in my field is my curiosity and love of scientific inquiry around the paranormal. I try to keep abreast of studies in parapsychology and actively translate those understandings into actionable teaching points for my students. I hold myself to a high standard and I’m always looking at ways to improve my accuracy and the amount of usable information that comes through.
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
Even though I reside in a more rural town now, Lansing has been my home for twenty years. I love Big Penny (Lansing’s hungry bridge), and walking the River Trail. I love the park at the Fish Ladder, all of the amazing foods, the community – I just love Lansing, especially Old Town and REO Town.
What I like least – the roads, and the driving around Frandor.
