Hi Brian, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey to becoming a business owner actually started on the ice. I played college hockey with my now business partner, Kevin, and like most great stories, it came full circle. After college, we ended up playing against each other in professional hockey. We went from teammates to rivals for a bit.

When my playing career wrapped up, Kevin had already started 4th Line Marketing, and he reached out about joining the team. It made sense, our chemistry and teamwork on the ice translated naturally into the business world. We both shared that same competitive drive, discipline, and focus on results that hockey instilled in us.

Fast forward three years, and we’ve now worked with over 70 clients across a wide range of industries. Helping businesses grow through SEO, website development, paid advertising, and complete digital marketing strategies. It’s been an incredible transition from chasing pucks to chasing performance metrics, but at the core, it’s still about teamwork, strategy, and doing whatever it takes to win for our customers.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Learning and adapting to the ever-changing digital marketing landscape has definitely been a challenge. The pace of change, from shifting algorithms and emerging platforms to evolving consumer behaviors. This meant that we were constantly having to update our strategies and learn new tools on the fly. At the same time, we were trying to scale our business, which added another layer of complexity. Balancing day-to-day operations with ongoing learning often felt overwhelming, but it pushed us to become more agile and resourceful. Over time, those struggles turned into valuable lessons that helped us build a stronger foundation and stay competitive in an industry that never stops evolving.
