Hi Denis, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Started in 2019 during the pandemic I was just going to cater to the vegan but everybody kept asking me to do wings… so I did fast forward I Purchase me a mobile kitchen and then i started doing all beef hotdogs, polish, walking tacos, burgers sausages, chicago style hot dogs drinks, chips and other quick food etc.. now we are the number 1 catering services in Muskegon and all over west Michigan we shut down the critics & haters and the non supporter we move in silence but we still able to make a lot of noise because at the end of the day we let the food speak for itself because success is not a destination it’s a journey!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
mostly it’s been a smooth road to success we we give all the glory to God this is God plan not mines. The struggle came from fake reviews from people that never even had our food or supported but we understand hating is free because if it cost a lot of people would not be doing so now we just let people talk and we laugh at them we don’t argue we just get revenge by being successful in the food industry if its easy we don’t even want it we don’t worried about the hate because we too worried about the people loving us loving the food loving the hustle loving the success the struggle came From not always having the funds to fund my business but we over came the odds and jump through all the hurdles that’s why we here to tell our story today!

we are a mobile kitchen we pop up and sell out 4 days out the week from tuesday to friday we do even if we got time or if it’s worth it but we also have a location downtown muskegon we specialize in BBQ, Tacos grilled Polish sausage, wings, deep fried oreos, chicago style beef hotdogs, burgers cheese burgers, chili dogs We know for being untouchable we known for having the best food in Muskegon and in g Grand Rapids we known for our great customers services skills we treat people like family we are know for our low prices. doing what we love with a passion set us aside from a lot of restaurants we are more consistent we are reliable we are the truth the number one catering service in muskegon!! How can we compete with others if all we see is our business?? we here to last we saw a lot of restaurants come and go what set us from other restaurants is we keep it real we say how we feel we let success talk for us at the end of the day
What matters most to you?
consistence because we want our customers to know where we at where to find us at on a consisted basic and we want our food to be on point we don’t want you to have good tasing food and then the next time it don’t taste like the first time you had it consistent is key to us and should be to every business if you’re reading this right now take notes -Chef Dennis Churchwell jr
