Hi Anneli, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I happily worked in the non-profit world in Lansing for many years; but when kids came along, I wanted more flexibility and time at home with them. Utilizing my prior experience as well as online training, I started an online bookkeeping business in January of 2021, with the goal of helping small business owners tackle the same problem I was trying to: How to spend less time doing busy work, in order to have more time for what really matters – their businesses, families, and outside interests.
Since then, I’ve been privileged to work with businesses and non-profit agencies in a variety of sectors, from the health care field, to construction and maintenance, to hospitality, to education, to community organizations. I’ve slowly built a small team that allows us to offer an experienced personal touch tailored to each organization’s needs.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I’ve been privileged to work with wonderful organizations and people along the way, and slowly honed my target audience. This process has yielded a lot of confidence that my team and I can continue to make a difference in small business owners’ and non-profit administrators’ lives, by providing quality, personalized systems and solutions.

I’ve always loved Lansing’s size and diversity – big enough to offer lots of ethnic restaurants, festivals, and other cultural experiences, but small enough to feel safe, and run into someone you know at the grocery store.
