Hidden Gems: Meet Catie Brown-Busch of LVP Fitness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Catie Brown-Busch.

Hi Catie, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
LVP Fitness was founded by Catie Brown-Busch, a certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Menopause Coach with over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry.

A lifelong athlete, Catie’s journey began on the soccer field—where she played competitively for over 20 years and first discovered her love for weightlifting in high school. That drive to push beyond limits led her to enlist in the United States Marine Corps, where discipline and resilience became core parts of her identity.

After college, Catie built a successful career in marketing and organizational leadership, eventually serving as Chief Operating Officer for a nationally recognized fitness company. There, she worked alongside elite athletes and industry leaders, mastering the science of effective programming, coaching, and performance optimization.

However, a personal health setback changed her trajectory. As she faced challenges that affected her hormone balance and overall wellness, Catie dove deeply into the study of nutrition, functional health, and lifestyle medicine—discovering firsthand how the right habits can restore balance and vitality at any stage of life.

From that passion and purpose, LVP Fitness was born.
LVP stands for Longevity, Vitality, and Performance—a holistic approach that looks at the entire person, not just one aspect of fitness.

Today, LVP Fitness empowers clients of all ages and stages:

Young athletes learn to build strong, sustainable habits that enhance performance while preventing injury and hormonal disruption.

Adults navigating life transitions find renewed strength and confidence as they adapt to changing systems and demands.

Through LVP, Catie continues to help people feel their best, move with purpose, and thrive for life—because true fitness is not just about training hard, but about living with longevity, vitality, and performance every day.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like most meaningful journeys, it hasn’t always been smooth. The road to creating LVP Fitness has been filled with both challenges and growth.

When I stepped away from my corporate role, I was facing unexpected health issues that forced me to slow down and take a hard look at how I was living. What I thought I knew about nutrition, performance, and balance was tested. I had to rebuild—from managing stress and hormone imbalances to redefining what “healthy” truly meant for me. That period of struggle ultimately became the foundation of everything LVP stands for.

Starting a business from the ground up also brought its own set of challenges—balancing client care, marketing, systems, and my own well-being. But through every obstacle, I’ve stayed rooted in the belief that resilience is built through consistency, compassion, and purpose.

Those experiences shaped not only how I coach, but why I love what I do. LVP Fitness exists because I’ve lived through the hard parts—the burnout, the health setbacks, the reinvention—and came out stronger, wiser, and more passionate about helping others do the same.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
LVP Fitness was built around three core pillars — Longevity, Vitality, and Performance. These principles guide everything we do, from personalized coaching and nutrition programs to lifestyle strategies that help clients feel their best for life, not just for a season.

We specialize in helping people bridge the gap between fitness and function — empowering clients to perform at their best while supporting hormone health, energy balance, and recovery. Our approach goes beyond workouts and meal plans. We look at the whole person — training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle — to create sustainable results that last.

What sets LVP apart is our depth of experience and personal connection. With a background spanning athletics, military service, and corporate leadership, I understand that every client brings their own story, challenges, and goals. LVP Fitness was designed to meet people where they are and give them the tools, structure, and support to grow stronger—physically and mentally.

We work with a wide range of clients — from young athletes developing safe, powerful habits to adults navigating hormonal shifts and life transitions. As a certified Menopause Coach and Nutritionist, I’m especially passionate about helping women understand how to support their bodies through every stage of life.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that LVP Fitness represents balance and sustainability. It’s not about extremes — it’s about creating strength, confidence, and vitality that lasts. Every program, every client success story, and every transformation reminds me that this brand was built to help people thrive for life.

If there’s one thing I want readers to know, it’s this: you don’t have to settle for “good enough” when it comes to your health. With the right guidance and a personalized approach, you can feel better, move better, and live stronger — at any age.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
I’d love for readers to know that fitness doesn’t have to be complicated, extreme, or all-consuming. It’s about finding what works for you — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Every small step toward better health matters.

LVP Fitness was created to be a supportive space where people can learn, grow, and feel empowered — no matter their starting point. Whether you’re an athlete chasing new goals, a parent trying to regain balance, or someone just wanting to feel better in your own skin, there’s always a way forward.

I also want people to know that it’s never too late to start. I’ve been through my own setbacks and seasons of change, and those experiences remind me daily that strength isn’t just built in the gym — it’s built in the moments we decide to keep going.

At the heart of LVP Fitness is a simple belief: when you take care of your body and mind, you open the door to living your most vibrant, confident, and fulfilling life.
