Hi Brittany, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey into entrepreneurship really began with a simple passion, helping businesses grow in a way that feels strategic, not chaotic. Early in my marketing career, I noticed that many business owners were investing significant time and money into digital marketing without seeing clear results. There was often a disconnect between what agencies delivered and what businesses actually needed to grow. That realization pushed me to create something different, a results-driven, transparent agency that genuinely aligned with client goals.
That’s how IMPACT Digital Marketing was born. I started small, partnering with local businesses and focusing on measurable outcomes rather than vanity metrics. Over time, as our clients grew, so did our vision. We began attracting more multi-location and franchise-based businesses, which opened an exciting opportunity to specialize. We developed what’s now a high-performing franchise lead generation system that helps franchise brands attract, nurture, and convert quality leads through integrated SEO, social ads, and CRM automation.
At the same time, we recognized that many growing brands needed senior-level marketing leadership but weren’t ready for a full-time CMO. That inspired us to introduce Fractional CMO services, allowing businesses to access high-level strategy, team alignment, and campaign leadership on a scalable basis.
Today, IMPACT Digital Marketing partners with both local and national brands, but our mission remains the same, to simplify growth, empower business owners with clarity, and deliver marketing that truly makes an impact.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Definitely not always a smooth road, but every challenge has shaped who I am as a leader and how our agency operates today. Like many entrepreneurs, I started out wearing every hat: strategist, account manager, creative, bookkeeper, you name it. In the early days, finding a balance between client delivery and business growth was tough. I had to learn to build systems, trust my team, and delegate so that we could scale sustainably without sacrificing quality.
Another big challenge was navigating growth during shifting market conditions, especially as digital marketing evolved so rapidly. Algorithms change, platforms come and go, and client expectations continue to rise. It forced us to stay ahead of trends, constantly innovate, and build strategies that stand the test of time.
When we began expanding into franchise marketing and fractional CMO work, it brought new layers of complexity, coordinating with multiple locations, aligning messaging across different markets, and helping leadership teams stay focused on strategy, not just tactics. But those challenges ultimately strengthened our processes and deepened our expertise.
Looking back, the obstacles were the best teachers. They pushed me to become more resilient, more strategic, and more intentional about how we grow, both as a company and as a team.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have amazing people in my corner throughout this journey. First and foremost, my dad, Craig, deserves so much credit. He’s been an entrepreneur my entire life and set an incredible example of hard work, resilience, and integrity. As a provider for our family of six children, he taught me what it truly means to lead by example, to build something from the ground up, stay humble, and keep going even when things get tough. His guidance and encouragement have shaped how I approach both business and life, and I carry those lessons with me every day.
Beyond my family, I’m so grateful for the team at IMPACT Digital Marketing. None of this would be possible without their creativity, dedication, and shared passion for helping our clients succeed. They’re the heart of everything we do, and watching them grow and innovate inspires me constantly.
I’ve also been blessed with supportive clients and partners who believed in us early on, those relationships helped build the foundation of our agency. Having mentors and peers in the marketing and business community who are willing to share their insights and push me to think bigger has also been invaluable.
