Community Highlights: Meet Jennell Robinson of Jennell Robinson, Realtor

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennell Robinson.

Jennell, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I have been driven by the desire to create a lasting legacy for my two sons — my ultimate “why” — turning my passion for people into a purpose-driven career in real estate. With proud Caribbean roots and over 20 years of leadership and customer service experience, she serves as a Realtor®, Notary, and Operations Manager at Lockett-Jones Realty Group.

It brings me joy to be known for caring, nurturing approach and commitment to ensuring that my clients truly understand every step of the process — whether buying, selling, or learning about homeownership. Having helped over a hundred clients and led quarterly homebuyer education classes, I hope to continue empowering families to build generational wealth and stability.

My mission is simple: to serve with excellence, compassion, and purpose — creating opportunities today that become legacies tomorrow.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Real estate is not an easy route — it definitely comes with its ups and downs. My first few years were on the slower side until I connected with a team that provided solid training and a true example of consistency. Their structure and process aligned perfectly with the way I prefer to handle life in general — steady, intentional, and growth-focused.
