Today we’d like to introduce you to Nathan Jaworski.
Hi Nathan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started in fitness when I was fairly young. I always loved human movement and it fascinated me. I also knew I was really good around people ad building connections quickly along with being really good at business because of this skillset I had. Working with people is what I love to do most and I love people. Hearing their stories and just being their friend and someone they can come to whether it’s fitness related or not. Being that person in their life is really important to me and thats how I wanted my legacy to live on as. Having such a big impact in the world and providing so much value there will be a waiting list for my funeral
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Absolutely not but I’ve gotten stronger through the process. There have been a lot of struggles in my where if fitness was not there I don’t know if I would be here today. Looking back at the trials and struggles I’ve gone through, I feel it has built me in the person I am today and the person who is able to handle the struggles of building successful fitness businesses. There were many times where I wanted to quit, but I didn’t. I thank God he gave me the strength to keep going. I’ve also learned how intimidating it can be receiving gym equipment deliveries and wondering how you’re going to build it all but we thrived through it and it has only made me a stronger person. I know it’ll all be worth it and so far it has all been worth it and building up my skillset to be the best I can be to help more and more people is what I’m after

JT Fitness is a semi private training studio that specializes in strength training and longevity. We are known for being the best personal training studio in Michigan. We are proud of what we offer and how we can offer such an intimate setting for our members while getting them the best results. We also offer nutrition consulting as well with a proven system for both our strength training and nutrition to provide the best results for our members
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
With AI on the rise I think it’s important to implement this no matter what, but for gyms, the personal human interaction is going to win long term. AI is dominating the fitness industry and the more human to human connection we can have the better. We’re also seeing a shift from the standard bootcamp classes to a more strength training approach which I love to see because thats what people need. Moral of the story is actually care about your members and let them know you care. This is what wins not only in the fitness industry, but in any industry
