An Inspired Chat with TIFFANEE BRINKMAN of Bagley

We’re looking forward to introducing you to TIFFANEE BRINKMAN. Check out our conversation below.

Hi TIFFANEE, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
I recently graduated from a community health work program.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am currently in school to become a social worker, I am a community health worker and I am pursuing a career in psychotherapy when I graduate. I’m on a mission to build my non profit up. I have high hopes of turning an abandoned school into a resource center. I want to turn classrooms into temporary emergency living quarters. Serve food daily, have a clothing closet, training to learn skills, after school programs and summer camps.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
In my younger days, I learned early that I can adapt in any environment.

When you were sad or scared as a child, what helped?
Having my mother and grandmother around.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
Absolutely, I’m authentic. I enjoy showing the world that good people really exist.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What will you regret not doing?
I will regret not going after my dream of opening a resource center to help people. It’s my calling, my purpose.
